What you can't see:

And several walls of the house have been rebuilt. A door off the lower right side of the house offers you entrance into a bonus space that spans the length of the house and this is where much of this work is apparent.  This additional space has been done with permits and also has the potential to be finished for a variety of uses.  Three window areas have been framed into the walls should the next owner want to add natural light to the space.
