Learn When and Where to Buy Your R.E. Investment - Seminar Tonight!
We are proud to announce that Paul Conrow and Hal Requa of the Dave and Carla team at Keller Williams will be holding their semi-annual seminar on “Understanding Market Conditions and Portfolio Planning” tonight Wednesday Dec 2.
Some of the topics and questions to be answered in this seminar include:
Where does the real estate market stand now and what is the best bet for future market conditions?
Which areas of the country are poised for appreciation and which are still overvalued?
How can geographic diversification help to reduce risk in your real estate portfolio?
How can the risk of price reduction be measured and predicted?
What are the numbers saying about the local market and what is the best bet for conditions going forward?
A systematic process for investing in real estate will be revealed which includes the valuation process and geographic diversification. This will enable the investor to maximize return on their investments while at the same time reducing risk of decline. If you have a current portfolio of properties, or are just in the process of starting out, this seminar will supply you with the information you need to optimize your investments. Every investor should be sure to attend. Hope to see you tonight.
The remaining seminars in our series are:
Dec 2 – Understanding Market Conditions and Portfolio Planning
Dec 9 – Short Sale Process
Dec 16 – Migrating to Apartment Investing
All classes will be taught by leaders in their fields. Mark these dates on your calendar and be sure to attend as may classes as possible. All classes are on Wednesdays and start at 7 P.M. Classes are free and propriety rental analysis software is available for those in attendance.
Our location is:
