This Wednesday October 28th Paul Conrow of the Dave and Carla Real Estate Team will lead off the series with a seminar on financing.  The lending landscape has changed greatly over the last couple of years and it is important that all investors keep up to date.  Paul will outline the transformation that has taken place in lending and how an investor can best capitalize on it.  He will also outline the loan process and what investors need to know to facilitate their financing.  This seminar will be very informative and not to be missed.
