    Dave and Carla have a combined twenty years of selling homes here in our community.  They have extensive expertise and knowledge having been involved in the successful closings of well over three hundred residential transactions. 

    Dave and Carla have been recognized in the community as being attentive to detail and professional.  Proud parents of three young children, Dave and Carla are actively involved in our community and are proud supporters of the Oakland Schools System.  Dave and Carla are involved in several large fund raising events at Crocker Highlands Elementary School including the Home and Garden Tour and the annual School Carnival.

    Dave and Carla take pride in the concierge level service that they provide each and every one of their clients.  Their in-depth knowledge of local neighborhoods and communities are an invaluable recourse for buyers and sellers that need to make tough decisions. Astute negotiators, they will keep your best interests in mind at all times, while keeping your private affairs confidential.

    Dave and Carla love world travel and spent multiple years touring various countries including, Spain, England, Italy, Belgium, Germany, Holland, France and Greece , Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Mexico  and Australia.  Now however, they love simple escapes with the kids and can often be found at the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Carmel Highlands or various campsites along the coast or inland.  Local haunts may include Children’s Fairyland, the Oakland Zoo, Lake Merritt, Oakland Saturday Farmers Market, Tilden Park, Little Farm or the local Library.

    Dave and Carla will help guide you through your real estate process with grace, confidence and balance. Having purchased four homes themselves and currently having an active rental income property, they understand what home buyers and sellers go through during a transaction.  Dave and Carla practice what they teach and love what they do.

    Michelle Foster began her Real Estate career in 2000 working in Commercial Real Estate. While working in the commercial market she specialized in Property Management and Investment Offerings during which she was trained in the Sales and Marketing of Class A commercial buildings. One of the many job requirements was to digitally prepare and distribute Sales offerings as well as becoming a licensed Agent.
     
    Michelle transitioned her Real Estate license to the residential market after leaving the commercial Real Estate Industry to stay home with her children in 2005. She is still a licensed Real Estate agent but her main focus is assisting the Dave and Carla Higgins Team by using her unique talents in listing management, property marketing and database management. She enjoys getting to know clients and working through their specific needs to increase business. Customer Service is one of the most important aspects of working and she likes to add value by taking the extra step to ensure the job is complete.
